A Pervert’s Guide to Music Videos is a set of twenty films which break the visible taboo. Inspired by Slavoj Žižek’s film duology, we will take a closer look at the music video excesses of the last four decades. We are interested in those moments were the fossilized norms of (pop)culture were shaken in front of the entire world. This includes deliberate artistic decisions, shocking, accidental developments and surprising creations of odd imaginations.
