In June 2013, Turkey was engulfed in protest. Ayce Kartal returns to those events to take a closer look at the condition of national media. When the police engaged in brutality against the protesters, the television broadcasted nature films, soap operas and reality shows. Kartal’s film takes a defiant stand against media censorship.
