Love is All: 100 Years of Love & Courtship

From an innocent kiss in a train compartment to same-sex marriages. Courtships, romance and love conquests have been a part of cinema from the medium’s very beginning. In her found footage-inspired film, acclaimed documentarist Kim Longinotto takes the viewer on a nostalgic trip through the history of British cinema, where love often had to contend with various social conditions. The saucy events on the screen are accompanied by a dreamy soundtrack by Richard Hawley.
